My food repertoire is very broad and ranges from classic British to a wide range of contemporary cuisines – whatever the requirement – and I take inspiration from my travels to give it that little bit extra.

I love the current emphasis on healthy food- I believe the best food should always be healthy: organic produce, free range eggs, humanely-reared meat, sustainably-caught fish, unrefined sugar, fairly traded ingredients.

I cook for celebrities and other high-profile individuals who often require particular dietary requirements and also loyalty and discretion at all times.
